Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
  • Brand Development: Help develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to increase online visibility.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, including creating posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing results.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring relevance and personalisation to target audiences.
  • Event Planning: Organize and promote events such as webinars, conferences, or product launches.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, preparing reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage customer databases, track leads, and optimize customer outreach strategies.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and customer acquisition.
  • Budget Management: Help manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Partnerships and Sponsorships: Identify and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to increase brand exposure.
  • Advertising: Develop and execute advertising strategies through various media (TV, radio, print, online) to promote products and services.
  • Product Launches: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches or updates.
